  • Please submit your paper to the session with the best or closest thematic fit.
  • All submissions must be original work and may not simultaneously be submitted to another journal or conference.

Types of submissions

Conference participants can submit one of these types of submissions:

  • Full research papers that contain completed analyses and discussion of research results. These papers are similar to journal submissions but are limited in length to max 8,000 words and must conform to the Danube Cup paper submission template. The organisers will offer a publication opportunity in the journals associated with the Danube Cup 2025 Conference.
  • Research-in-progress papers that present not completed research in order to trigger discussion on the methodology and preliminary research results. The expected length of these papers is limited to 2,000 to 5,000 words. Please use the Danube Cup paper submission template.
  • Innovative teaching methods - good practice cases applied in entrepreneurship education that could be presented in dedicated sessions. Please use the Danube Cup “good practice cases” submission template. We plan to give the most promising “Good practice case” the opportunity to be presented in a longer workshop during the conference. The other “Good practice case” presentations will take place within the most relevant academic session.

All submitted documents will be reviewed using a double review process. The Danube Cup Scientific Committee and the Session Heads will be involved in the process.
